Four Points by Sheraton Orlando Studio City, Orlando

The smoking rooms have no ventilation, so the stench hits you when you get off the elevator. Even though I smoke, I would never stay here again. Room was not as clean as I would have hoped for. Chair is not comfortable for conducting business, like using your laptop.

Pool great! will go back again, loved it. Hotel very nice great people.

We had a deluxe room, with breakfast included(2 guests) for $92/night (taxes inclusive). Deluxe room here is like a traditional room in any hotel. Do not expect Flat screens or big couches etc. The room was clean, had a great view, free internet, but the management could have done a better job. Result: Would not go to the same hotel again...

We were impressed with this hotel the minute we walked thru the door. The room was exceptionally nice and the view was fantastic. Large bathroom, large comfortable bed. HIgh speed internet and a place to work with the laptop. The rooms were spotless and nicely decorated. We can highly recommend it.

Like: Room was recently renovated. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large relative to the room size. Room service was very good. Staff greeted you and were nice. Denny's, IHOP, Subway, Red Lobster are within 150 yards of front door. Universal Studio's is a 25 minute walk. Dislike: Rooms are small. Although I paid for an upgrade I don't see how it makes any difference; the rooms are the same size according to the front desk. Free shuttle service however its not running regular enough to be a primary deal maker. Overall feeling of a good hotel but not much better than a very good low budget hotel. In a bad economy this hotel is not worth $80.00 a night. I recommend a different Sheraton in the Orlando area.

room was very clean,bed was the best that I have slept in in a hotel. room was smaller than I was told. service was very good. hotel in a great location. would like to know if all the rooms are the same size?

TERRIBLE SERVICE, BUGS EVERYWHERE IN THE BATHROOM, FILTHY, DONT GO HERE EVER

I arrived early planning to drop off my luggage and go to a park. I found out they wouldn't take my luggage to the room when it was ready. I had to take it when I came back at ten o' clock. In that process a case got lost and never appeared. The room smelled awful and it was not safe, since the safety latch was broken. There was no ice machine in the floor. To top things off, they don't advertise that there is only one shuttle to the parks. For instance, if you are visiting SeaWorld, you need to leave by nine o' clock or you miss the only shuttle. The return is even worse, since you need to be in the shuttle by 8:30 P.M. even if that means you miss half the park and attractions. After all, most parks are open until 10. Or...you can take the I trolley which will leave you a block away from the hotel Location...great Room: Stinky Staff....unfriendly Management.....didn't care much about these issues.

The hotel is located within walking distance to Universal Studios. They also provide shuttle transportion and pickup to all of the Disney Parks. The hotel is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!!

I spent about a week at this hotel and was very satisfied. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. It was great because the hotel provides a free shuttle to both the Disney parks and the Universal parks. The only thing I did not like about the hotel was the room service. It is pricey and has no taste, avoid it. Be prepared to walk for your ice. There aren't ice machines on every floor. The rooms very very clean though.
