Would DEFINITELY recommend!!

The hotel is located within walking distance to Universal Studios. They also provide shuttle transportion and pickup to all of the Disney Parks. The hotel is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!!

Can not want to visit again!

room was very clean,bed was the best that I have slept in in a hotel. room was smaller than I was told. service was very good. hotel in a great location. would like to know if all the rooms are the same size?

Good times, but don't expect a lot

We had a deluxe room, with breakfast included(2 guests) for $92/night (taxes inclusive). Deluxe room here is like a traditional room in any hotel. Do not expect Flat screens or big couches etc. The room was clean, had a great view, free internet, but the management could have done a better job. Result: Would not go to the same hotel again...

IT WAS CLEAN AND NEXT TO UNIVERSAL STUDIO'S BUT...

Like: Room was recently renovated. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large relative to the room size. Room service was very good. Staff greeted you and were nice. Denny's, IHOP, Subway, Red Lobster are within 150 yards of front door. Universal Studio's is a 25 minute walk. Dislike: Rooms are small. Although I paid for an upgrade I don't see how it makes any difference; the rooms are the same size according to the front desk. Free shuttle service however its not running regular enough to be a primary deal maker. Overall feeling of a good hotel but not much better than a very good low budget hotel. In a bad economy this hotel is not worth $80.00 a night. I recommend a different Sheraton in the Orlando area.

Ummmm Not sure what to think

We went to Orlando on a budget. I used priceline to book this hotel and got it for $40 a night. With that said one would think there isn't much to complain about right.... However we completely read up on this hotel before we left and was advised it had undergone an extensive remodel. However that remodel had apparently not reached our floor yet. The carpet just seemed dirty. Like one of those episodes of Jon and Kate that they wouldn't take their shoes off. Well anyhow. The walls are a dull grey which doesn't help the feeling of dirt everywhere. The pool was nice in the fact they had a kid pool perfect for my independant three year old. Not a horrible place but not an awe kind of place. I've stayed at better for less.

We WILL be back!!

We were impressed with this hotel the minute we walked thru the door. The room was exceptionally nice and the view was fantastic. Large bathroom, large comfortable bed. HIgh speed internet and a place to work with the laptop. The rooms were spotless and nicely decorated. We can highly recommend it.

It was OK

It looks old and outdated on the outside. My room had an unforgettable stench that lingered throughout our 4 day trip. Cleaning ladies were very thorough in their work. Beds were extremely comfortable. There is an ice machine on random floors. You must insert your room key to go up or down the elevators. Front desk was staffed with friendly people. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms which was not convenient. The hotel is about 4 minutes (driving) from Universal, walking isn't recommended because there is an interstate in between. It is surrounded by great restaurants. It's about an $10 town car ride from Universal and a $44 town car ride to the international airport (both are one-way prices). The pictures on the main website really boast it much more than what is aesthetically is. Overall: Nice staff, ugly building.

Had a good time!

I was in the eighteenth floor which at first I thought would be a drag, but when I saw the view that you get from up there I liked th room. The staff was friendly and they were very helpful, although I spent a little amount of time in the room I enjoyed it. I would without a doubt go there again. p.s. great location!
