What a disappointment
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/25/08
We don't get away often, and when we do we expect at least clean accommodations. The room had a musty, old smell and even though they moved us we experienced the same thing. We didn't find the staff to be very accommodting and were disappointed in the location. This is not a place I would recommend.

Great place to stay
By Christine, 05/21/08
We love the Jupiter Beach Resort. The hotel is very nice and within a few hundred feet from the ocean. The pool is small but nice, with a lovely patio and nice landscape.

Great overall!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/08/08
We loved the hotel overall. Ambiance, courtesy of staff was excellent. Beach was magnificent, pool great. Plenty of guest parking...easy in/out and a great location. We stayed their about 10 days...wish we could have stayed for a month!

Fantastic
By AdamD, 05/23/07
From the moment I stepped out of my car the service, attention and accommodations I received were all of the highest quality. My room was beautiful, overlooking the beach, and with one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept on. The restaurant downstairs was very good too. I highly recommend the Gorgonzola Steak Salad - my mouth is watering just thinking about it!

rude staff
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/23/06
Front desk staff was rude and not accomodating. NOTHING to do in this area outside of the SMALL, unkept beach. Glass doors to the bathroom were a puzzle to our family--guess you never need privacy in a bathroom! Also, no bathtubs, only showers. Strange. Balconies tiny, pool was miniscule. This hotel would be best for the elderly who did not want to do anything but look at the ocean.

lousy staff
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/16/06
The front desk staff was preoccupied with personal matters and did not pay attention to the guests when needed. Kept guest with a reservation waiting FOUR hours for a room as they checked in other guests.Stated "sorry, we have changed shifts." They were quite pretentious and not at all gracious. The best hotel staff members were the housekeepers. When fire alarm went off mistakenly in the middle of the night, not one hotel employee seen in the lobby or in the parking lot as guests evacuated. Would only recommend this hotel to elderly persons and to those who enjoy small rooms with GLASS in the bathroom doors, providing no privacy.

Bad Service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/13/06
The location and the rooms were very nice. Beautiful beach, lovely pool, nice patios. The rooms were nicely decorated and appointments in the rooms (linens, curtains, towels, showers, etc) great. HOWEVER, the service was lousy. My family and I had to obtain the luggage cart ourselves, load it, and take our luggage to our rooms because there was no one to help us. The service in the restuarant was LOUSY to the point that our lunchtime meal where we were celebrating my mother's birthday and parent's 50th wedding anniversary was a disaster. We even think the cake we had ordered from the hotel may have come from the local grocery store since the leftovers were provided to us in a "Publix" cake box. The final insult was that we were overcharged for the rooms on our bill.

Great resort!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/02/06
If you want to bask in the sun and eat great food, this is the place. Not much to do otherwise, which is fine, because it was so beautiful and relaxing.

Amazing Place
By LorenG, 12/06/05
We had been here about two years agao and wow what a diffrence that time has made. It was a very regal and eligant place back then, but showing signs of its age. Now it has flat panel TV's bathrobes, slippers super huge bed and thats just the room. My wife loved the new spa which seemed to have everything, and I enjoyed the beach everyday (and have the burn to show for it!) Highly highly recomend this place, I wish all places we visited got this kind of facelift!

Great location, beautiful room.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/07/05
I've stayed at the hotel a few times and enjoy the cozy rooms and beautiful views. The location is great with movie theater, restaurants and a nice shopping mall not far away. Staff was very accomodating and friendly.
