I spent three nights in the hotel. On the first night, I was not impressed. The furnishings were outdated and shabby. The carpet in my room had several stains that a good carpet cleaning would fix. When I was about to go to bed, I found several hairs that were not mine in the first double bed. In the other double bed, there were more hairs. Obviously, a maid had made the bed, but had not changed the sheets. I called the front desk, and housekeeping arrived within 20 minutes. The maid was apologetic and changed the sheets.
The view was very nice, but there were several construction sites in the area. Most of the construction noise could be heard through the hotel windows. For the rest of my stay, I had no other issues but I would not stay at the Hyatt again. There are other hotels in the area that are less expensive, better maintained, and still convenient to the Airport, South Beach, and other attractions.
