Nice Visit

While traveling on business, this was my first visit to Lakeland, and after a long flight and no sleep I was ready to check in to my room. I got early check in and was given a rather noisy room overlooking the freeway. I found this unacceptable and returned to the front desk. The staff apologized and went beyond my expectations, and offered me another room facing the pond on the 4th floor with no additional charge. The clerk even called me in the room to make sure I was happy. Wow. I found the room was quiet, very comfortable, in fact I wanted to take the bed home with me! I really enjoyed the little bath and body works toiletries, the in room coffee, refrigerator, microwave, and the pleasant decor. The morning USA today was an added bonus. The hotel is located near everything, resturants, shopping, even the hospital. I will definitively stay there again on my next visit to Florida.

This is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean, the staff was helpful and nice. The restaurant is great. I left my watch in my room and I called the next day when I got home. The housecleaning crew found it and gave it to the front desk. I was happy to get it back because it is a nice watch giving to me by one of best friends.

Nice rooms with a great price

This hotel was absolutely great for the $68 night we paid to stay. We got a nice clean room with a king size bed and loveseat. We were greeted by friendly staff upon our arrival and daily as we came and went. Hotel was conveniently located and near many restaurants and the mall. There was a Denny's, Waffle House and Bob Evans within walking distance.

Will Recommend This Location

We will recommend this location to our friends and family from out of town. Our neice and her family drove from Dallas, Texas to Lakeland for our daughter's wedding. When my sister and I went to see the room and ready it for them with some personal touches, we had the opportunity to chat with the desk staff regarding a crib for the 2 year old child who would be staying in the room. We were told they didn't have cribs for liability, and when we asked about bringing in a crib, they said they thought that would be okay. One employee told us he though they might have a crib in storage, and that he would call and let us know. When he called back, he said they had one, and when we got back to the room to make up the crib, that had been done already. We were so pleased that we didn't have to pack up a crib and put it together in the hotel room at 11:00 PM! They were really nice and accommodating and will highly recommend them.
