exceptional friendly service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/18/06
I travel a great deal and am use to small town affordable hotels that usually don't care much about the guest - they usually just want your money. I checked into the Sebring Quality Inn and found the entire staff to be so kind and friendly. The front desk staff could not have been nicer and the hotel's bartenders were straight out of 'Cheers'. The housekeeping staff folds little animals from the towels (monkey and bird my 2 nights) and the breakfast crew rembered my name and how I took my coffee the next day. You usually need to spend a lot more money to get real people who remember what service use to be!

terrible rooms
By brenda, 6/25/04
I stayed there in Oct.2003. I had reserved for three nights, but could not take more than one. After a 12 hour drive, we got there on cold rainy night. We took our luggage in only to be shocked by the condition of the room. You could see the imprint on the spread and pillow where someone had laid. There were clean towels in the bathroom, but hair was every where. The room had not been vacumn---food crumbs all over. We packed back up and went up front. We were given another room that was so musky and smelled like mildew to the point my friend got a terrible headache and I had to go outside a couple of times because I almost had a bad asthma attack. The pictures on the internet were deceiving. Since that trip I have stayed at Hawthorne and Hampton Inn with great results. I would never stay at Quality again.
