Wyndham Boca Raton, Boca Raton

Stayed here for 4 days for wedding anniversary. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. Had a few computers in the lobby with free internet and printer so mapquesting locations was an easy task and the staff provided info on locations and routes to take as well. The view of the courtyard was wonderful, that we just lounged there a few times by the pool. The entrance to the hotel is somewhat hidden but no big deal. Only thing keeping this place from 5 stars was that it didn't provide full breakfast, otherwise, I have no real complaints. Would definitely stay again if the right special came along once again

I had an emergency where the Air Conditioning blew in the Home I rent. I needed a Hotel in a Hurry. I used the net to make reservations at this Hotel. Please note I had My Apricot Poodle with Me. The Front Desk was extremely helpful.Alfredo in the Day and Russ at night were always at my call. The Price was reasonable.. They agreed to permit Me to bring My Dog at this emergency.The room used primarily for pets was very clean and well taken care of. No fleas from previous occupants.The Proximity to The Boca Shopping centers was very good.Everything was clean,(Lobbies, hallways), New and completely renovated. Pool area , quite Beautiful, Free Newspapers,. Free Internet in the Lobby.Drinks and free cookies.Boca could be very expensive. This was a very good value. I would use this Hotel again.!!!

Great staff that greets you with a smile from your first day to your last day. Hotel has been updated and is very clean with a great atmosphere. You should make it a point to visit. Close to everything

the first thing I noticed when I walked into the lobby was smell of stale, old smoke- it hit me in the face. The carpet and furnishings were very old. This hotel looks like it hasn't been renovated since the 1970s,.. Suprisingly, the room was ok-- it was clean, but the carpet was worn and threadbare. The TV on button was broken, but it still worked. On the plus side, this hotel was near a mall and lots of shops. Also, There was a nice, upscale hotel next door that had high speed internet access in the lobby. I spent several hours over there. Overall, I wouldn't stay at this Holiday Inn again.
