Will stay again!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/26/11
Yes I agree it isn't the fancies motel, but I stayed there for several days and had no problem. Except for one. The first room I went into smelled of smoke and I asked for a non-smoking room. I went right to the office and they put me into another room without any problem. So will I stay there again yes, infact I'll problably will be there this week-end. :)

Terrible, dirty, a dump
By guess who, 8/28/08
This hotel was soo nasty and dirty that even my dogs didn't want to eat there. The carpet looked like it had not been cleaned since it was originally laid in the room. Even though we used Lysol, it didn't help. The room still seemed to be dirty and filthy. The shower stall had rust all around it. We couldn't wait to leave and leave in a hurry we did!

Great place, best price, clean
By Roger, 5/12/08
I dont know why some bad reviews here, but i stayed here in july 2006 , and again july 2007, and going back in june 2008, The price you pay, are these people thinking your @ a 5 star hotel, I only paid around $35-$37 night, try finding that price in Orlando. My Room was always clean, showers were good, ice machines, juice, coffee, and pastries in the mornings, the pool is very clean and nice. Wireless internet, works great by the pool, and its easier to get to disney than in orlando, and its only bout 3-4 miles away, just look for it, beside the big ORANGE souviner store.

Christmas and New Years 2006-2007
We went to Orlando for vacation.. almost 2 weeks.. and this was the WORST experience we ever had. Yes ! The room is very smelly. The maid forgot to clean our room twice. Three times we had to call the front desk to get towels and toillet paper. One day the phone wasn't working and we had to go there in person. The towels that we picked up at the front desk smelled like cigarettes. One day we went to dinner and when we came back the room smelled like cigarettes (very bad !) we called the front desk and they said they would report the exaust fan not working but it never got fixed. Sometimes the towels had holes and stains. There wasn't any mattress pad so the sheets slipped off the bad as soon as you got in it. The blanket was too small for a double bed. They advsertised internet in their site but the wireless never worked. We'll never stay in this hotel again !

Would rather have a box
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/27/06
I would consider this hotel the worst one that I have ever slept in. There was a great variety of different species in the room. I can honestly say that I would have been better of with a blanket and a box.

HORRIBLE!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/27/06
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There were roaches in my room, the bed was filthy, I hated the breakfast. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a decent night's sleep. I should have stayed at a disney value resort!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This isn't good or healthy for anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lower class
By Jeffrey R, 10/16/06
We stayed there in October 2006. When we walked into the lobby, an employee was sitting on the front counter (not behind it, on it) smoking. He jumped down and ran on when he saw us...as if he were going to warn his friends that the cops were here. Check-in was uneventful but the room was quite old and smelled musty. Bathroom was not very clean and lacked basic items such as toilet paper and shampoo. Upon returning to the motel, after dinner, the front lawn area was the scene of several "guests" sitting out in what looked like their underwear...each having a dog with them. One dog probably weighed about 150 pounds. It looked like a scene out of mid 90's "Gansta Rap" music video. The night would get no better as two doors down there was an outside party taking place...that featured lots of yelling, wall banging, drinking and dogs barking. At one point we considered calling the police but we were only staying one night so we just got through it. The next morning we spoke to front desk and they asked why we did not call them, at midnight, to complain. We did not tell them that one reason was our fear that the people running the hotel were also at the party but the actual reason was that the commotion was so bad that we were about to just skip right to calling the cops. The front desk person then revealed that they already knew the room number of some loud people in the area of the hotel we were staying...further solidifying out fear that calling the front desk may have made things even worse. If you have a family coming to Disney I would suggest staying far away from this palce.

Average

You know for 33 bucks a night you cant go wrong, no its not no disney resort but when u go to orlando for the most part ur out all day to begin with so ur spendin money all thru out ur day so u might as well save money on the hotel. the service isn't bad, they are pretty helpful esp when it comes to maps n directions. location is great ur right near disney and a lot of gift shops and grocery stores. so my overall experience was average, and i think for 33 bucks a night you really can't go wrong.

I was satisfied...
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/30/06
The hotel was comfortable. Very good location, everything around it. The only things I found bad was the fridge in my room didn't work. I didn't need it, so it didn't matter to me. But I did call the front office for a wake up call, and no one answered. I called several times after midnight. They say they have 24 hour service. But still I was satisfied with the stay. I would stay there again...

Never Again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/12/06
We booked our once in a lifetime holiday with Virgin and we booked a 2 centre staying first at Masters Inn. With 3 children we arrived at Masters Inn and was shocked, we entered our room to dirty carpets, smelly disgusting bathroom and very damp, the bedlinen was dirty and wet, the carpets were wet, the furniture was dirty damp and wet. Our son has asthma and I began to worry about his health and refused to stay there. Eventually we got moved to a lovely hotel elsewere and enjoyed the rest of our holiday. PLEASE DONT STAY THERE but I must say the chap on reception was the only asset to the place!!
