we stayed From June 13 to 16 Great value, clean room,excellent service,all staff very helpful open inside store for our needs after closing time .lounge has excellent food reasonable price enjoy the crowd everyone kept noise down enjoy the service.they had lots of children all well behave there were some kind of game that's why they were there.We came in on our Harley had no trouble.No dislikes.We had a coupon they honored it we actually met my daughter, husband and grand baby they stayed at all star for 80 a night there room was not as nice as ours. We are headed back October14 . to the18 to finished two more days at Disney . We are going back to champions can't wait.

Management , security and motel front desk do not assist in any complaints including large groups of loud people causing trouble in the middle of the night. Rooms are dirty, bugs in rooms. NO ELEVATORS, and no staff to assist with luggage. The list goes on and on. For the price do your homework you can do much better and would be safer. Broken air conditioners and refrigerators. The pictures on the web are not accurate. Rating would be a ZERO. I worked in the travel industry for 20 years trust me you can do better!!!!! NOt a resort or hotel . A motel with outside entrance. You will not sleep if you stay here and you will not be safe walking around.

My friend and I stayed here over the weekend of May 27-29th for an anime con. The hotel was clean that wasn't the problem. I called before we left checking to see if they had breakfast they told me yes but what they didn't bother to tell me was that you had to pay for it. So, we found out we had to pay 8 dollars for breakfast which was rather upsetting, considering the fact they could have told me this one the phone. The night before our room keys didn't work. We got in once but they wouldn't let us back in the room. We took them back to check in and they just rescanned them they didn't give us new cards. Only one of them worked and we had a hard time with the door the entire time there. It would be nice if they had just given us new keys since these were old and worn out. Also, the morning we were due to check out (we were only there for two nights) the maid service came at 8 in the morning knocking on our door. She spoke absolutly no English and was talking very fast expecting us to know what was going on. We finally figured out she wanted us to sign for the door. I have a problem with people waking me up very early. I found it very rude. I was hoping this hotel would be a bit nicer, it wasn't dirty but I guess you get what you pay for.

I love this hotel the people they go above and bejond to make sure you have a great stay, the staff is amazing! and the rooms are big and they dont charge extra for the Microwave or fridge and the internet is also free! Love it! Restaurant is ok though :(

The internet pictures are misleading,the breakfast is nasty and definitely not worth $7.75,the beds are EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE!,bed is hard,walls are thin..there was construction work going on most of the day,no hospitality.ONE shuttle bus runs in the morning.Go elsewhere!!!

We stayed here for 7 days the room was o.k for the price. No complaints about the 1st room we were in. Key word, 1st room. We were placed in a room near the main lobby and heated pool which we very much liked. We spent 2 days in that room until one day we got back from Magic kingdom and there was a VERY strong smell of paint. Called the front desk, after calling back twice someone finally came 1/2 hr later. They had NO idea where the smell was coming from and moved us to another room. Worst thing they could've done, they moved us to the oldest buliding they had, where the outlets didnt work, the hot water wouldnt work, the door was hard to close (had to kick it closed) found dead roaches in the bathroom. We called the front desk and complained. The woman that was there was very rude( she was the butch/lesbian lady her name is Margarita). The other 2 women that work there are very nice but this lady had no customer service skills. We complained that we were on vacation and didnt need any of this and she said "And?" as if she didnt care. After going back and forth on the phone arguing with the lady we decided to walk to the main lobby, whcih was a walks away. By this time it was 12am and we were exhausted. She saw us walk in and immediately called the security guard thinking we were there to cause problems. After speaking to the guard in private he let us know that she is ALWAYS rude to the guests and himself and that we should complain about her. Long story short we stayed in that room for the night, took a cold shower the next morning and at about 3pm we were transfered to another room right in front of the heated pool. BESIDES THAT LONG NIGHT DEALING WITH THAT RUDE LADY OUR STAY WAS O.K. GOOD POINTS: 1.PUBLIC BUS ROUTE IS EASY TO USE, PASESS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL 2.DOWN THE STREET IS A STRIP OF AWESOME RESTARAUNTS AND SHOPPING 3. FREE SHUTTLE TO DISNEY PARKS AND SEA WORLD 4. DRINK SPECIALS ARE AWESOME 5. KARAOKE NIGHT 6.HEATED POOL SO IF U DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THAT LADY(MARGARITA) U'LL BE GOOD. I WOULD GIVE THIS HOTEL A 6 OUT OF 10. i WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR A STAY MORE THAN A WEEK.

this is a great place to travel to i went there last year and it was the bomb,have a service,cleanliness and this place is great for families.

Total Fraud! They should be fined for false advertisement from their website. The bathroom toliets were leaking to the rooms below, roaches everywhere, broken boxsprings, and VERY RUDE manager. To be fair and say it was a fluke and just a bad room is a UNDERSTATEMENT. We were there for a football tournament, and booked 25 rooms. NOT ONE was a decent room with no problems.....BEWARE and save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. Any good reviews you may see, I believe are FALSE and made by employees trying to trick anyone reading the bad review.

Hello travelers, don’t check-In this hotel because we had a fraud problem. When we came home, we received our visa list and there was a payment of 35 euro of it. Somebody copied our visa (when you check-in the hotel, you have to give your visa at the lobby and they copy it as a guarantee for the hotel). But somebody of Champions world resort booked a hotel in the same road like our hotel with our visa copy. We can proof that we didn't booked that hotel because we check-in miles away in another hotel. We accuse somebody of this hotel because it's not a coincidence that they pick a hotel just in the same road that we booked a hotel in Orlando (and there are 1000 hotels in Orlando, so it’s very strange that it’s just a hotel in the same road like us). We send a mail with the proof to this hotel and the didn't send any reaction back... so this means for us that they are guilty and shows which kind of client service they give! ! We think they booked the hotel and cancel it (before 48 hours) and so they get the money! It's not a big amount but if they do this with 10 persons it's a big sum! So be careful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have the proof of hotelvoucher and visa, so everybody who wants to see it can mail me!

I have stayed all over this great country and I have stayed at Champions...This place has the best breakfast buffet ever! A real breakfast for not a lot of money and my kids ate for free! The food here is awesome..it's like they don't measure the size because the quantity is huge! The lounge is awesome, great bartender can make anything you can imagine! Had a few minor problems and they fixed everyone. Met some really great people from all over the world at the lounge and can't wait for my next vacation to stay there again! The price is right, the rooms are clean and the food and drinks are incredible! try their famous So Co Biker Wings when you stay there..best wings I ever ate!
