Holiday Park Hotel and Suites is Holiday Park Hotel and Suites is located just off I-95 in the heart of Greater Fort Lauderdale, four miles from the beach. The two-story hotel is across the street from the Amtrak train station, four miles from Deerfield Pier, three miles from downtown Boca Raton, and 13 miles from Fort Lauderdale. Hotel amenities include the outdoor pool and adjacent bar, fitness room, and complimentary continental breakfast. An on-site Denny's restaurant is open 24 hours a day. Nice and clean, Great value!

This is the 3rd time that we stay at this hotel and we were very happy again. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated and the staff is very nice. They offer nice breakfast and we saw that they are opening a new "trendy" restaurant. We highly recomend this hotel.

DISGUSTING!!!

The only discent thing about this place was the receptionist. This place needs to be bulldoze down. The picture of the hotel is a lie. Nasty, dirty, rusty, mold infestive, thugs hanging out, mentally ill men walking around in their underwear, the smell of urine, our toilet would not flush, ice machine not working, the bar smelled of urine. our door had be tampered with, carpet stinked, bed hard as a rock, tv had lousy reception, air condition busted, outside needs work. It was just bad people, find another hotel. bar tender was a nice guy, not his fault he works in a dump. Lousy, lousy, lousy!!!

Travel Expert says avoid at all cost!

After staying a total of 13 nights on two trips and in 3 different rooms this place gets less than one star. The managment has no interest in repeat customers. Watch out for hidden fees $1.08 p/d for a safe, $20 to turn on the phone. Music from bar near pool is full of swear words. A large mirror fell off the door smashing. Cold water is luke warm. A/C is not powerfull enough to cool the room on warm days. Try another hotel. - A.C.Evanch

Holiday Park Hotel- Great location. Nice Hotel

The Holiday Park Hotel is in a great location. Close to Fort Lauderdale airport. I had a nice stay here. Was at the Holiday Park for 3 days on a sales trip. I didn't have any issues with cleaniness or staff. I would return here

I'll never ever go back

I stayed in this hotel from 3/24 to 3/30/08. Upon check-in I asked for a safe key which I never received. On the last day of my stay, my room was burglarized and several items stolen. Additional negatives experienced here: 1. Rooms were dirty with moldy carpet. 2. Roach infestation. 3. Electrical problems in the first TWO rooms they assigned me. Lights, TV went out every 20-30 minutes. 4. Slow or no hot water especially in the morning. 5. Every piece of equipment in the fitness room was broken except the treadmill.

Horrible!!!

Looks like old run down motel. Room smells musty. stains on carpet. dirty shower curtain. Broken toilet. Bathtub needs painting. Great location to beach and highway and rooms cleaned everyday.

It would have been better if the wifi internet was available, but otherwise, was a pleasure... thank you... If Holiday Park would like to offer me a promotional offer/discount, I'd love to stay with them again.

4am wake up call!

I'm really suprised that none of these reviews mentioned that this place is right next to the train station and trains come by blaring the horn at all hours of the night. we were woken up at 4am after having a hard time getting to sleep the night before since the other hotel residents (who apparently live here) were loud until past midnight. We got a good rate, but after the fact, will gladly pay more at another hotel in the future.

Horrific experience

Our room was on the first level, it had a bad smell as soon as we entered. The carpet looked very old. The bathroom had pieces broken off from the tub, and mildew in the wall tiles, heavy rust encrusted on both the ends of the shower curtain rings. The bathtowels were so old, there were hardly any loops left on the fabric. There was a cockroach on the bathroom floor! Our sheets and pillowcases had stains on them. We woke up itchy, and suspected bedbugs might have bitten us. We feared for our health staying at this place. We were afraid of catching athlete's foot or some other disease. This place looked so dirty. Never ever again!

Last Place on Earth I'd Want to Be

I stayed at the Holiday Park Hotel formerly the Ramada Inn recently. When I checked in it was to a dirty room. They had to change my room several times before they finally put me in a clean room. My airconditioner I had trouble with. The rooms were not up to my usual standards that I expect from a Ramada Inn. There was what looked like 10 year old carpet in the rooms with stains. They need badly to refurnish these rooms and update the insides. I will never come or recommend this hotel to any of my friends.
