Let me spare you
More than half of the hotel's intracoastal views are blocked by a high condominium, and more than half of the hotel's ocean views are blocked by a large beach club. There is a noisy bridge adjacent to the hotel. Everything needs updating and a good cleaning. They didn't park my car where I asked, the flowers were wilted, there was one towel in the bathroom, light bulbs not replaced, toilet needed adjustment, poor water pressure, bed uncomfortable, no mini bars, outdated Radisson materials publishing the wrong things (not a Radisson for over 2 months at this writing), gift shop closed during published opened hours, smoking allowed in non smoking rooms, not enough outlets in the room to run the lights, clocks, and anything you might bring... in short - what is right about it?
Well - it is technically near the beach (across the street) in Boca Raton - (driving distance to a lot of shopping and dining) - And, the ice machines worked and they distributed current newspapers. If you are used to seedy roadside inns, then, you might feel this is a step up. For the prices - even the bargain rates - wow - they should be paying us!
In the past, I have eaten in the restaurants and they were good, but this trip I just ordered room service, which was marginal.
Some people in the elevator looked happy. Maybe other rooms were not as bad.
