Extremely Bad Experience

I stayed in this hotel in November of 2002, visiting family. I will never stay here again, and will always be wary now of using a credit card. The room was a little small, and worn. But the location was convenient to where I needed to be. I received a good rate due to an affiliation, but when requesting to stay an extra night, I was given a rate that was 80% higher than what I was already paying, literally! Upon checkout, I signed a receipt for my stay, for which I used a credit card to pay for. Two months later, I found out that my card had an additional charge of $150 on it that incurred 6 weeks AFTER my stay! Thinking it was a mistake, I called the hotel twice, with no one returning my calls. It finally took a complaint with Ramada Headquarters, a letter to the management company, and an official dispute with my credit card company to take the fraudulent charge off my card. I will NEVER stay here again due to the despicable work ethics and lack of management's concern with such a serious matter.
