Front desk agents rude and not very helpful. Breakfast was okay. As a retired couple who loves to travel, we often stay at Best Western. I wouldn't return to this location and would not suggest it to someone looking to travel through Connecticut.
 
 
 
 
 
Great People, great location, very comfortable and all amenities work very well including internet

The atmosphere is friendly and the location secure, good accomodations and all over great value, I would recommend to a friend to family and to my business as a great place with great value
