Do not stay at this hotel!!!

Our stay was awful! We were in Colorado Springs for a wedding and my sister had reserved a block of rooms at a guaranteed rate. We were charged more for our rooms than her guaranteed rate. They canceled every room she had reserved after after she called and told them everyone had arrived that was going to be there on Thursday night. So, when my partents arrived, they did not have their reservation. They gave my parents my brother's room when my mom needed a handicapped room. When my brother got there, they said they had already checked in (they left the room my parents had in my brother's name). After I yelled at them--they gave my brother the handicapped room that my mother was supposed to get. This hotel does not even have laundry facilities on site, which we always need because we have kids. When we arrived, they gave us a king size bed with nothing for our kids to sleep on. We called to the front desk and told them we needed something that would sleep four people and they gave us a suite with a king size bed and a fold out couch. When we opened the couch we found a note saying not to use the fold out couch. So we called the front desk and told them about it and they were aware that the couch was not usable. We asked for yet another room and they said they did not have one, but would bring up two fold away beds--after saying they were not aware we needed to sleep four people. They were given this information more than once. Our stay was awful!!! Trash was sitting outside the hotel on the sidewalk the whole time we were there. Do not stay at this hotel!!
