This hotel is not handicap or dog friendly
By ,
When I made my reservation at this hotel, I informed them I was handicap traveling with a dog. I requested a first floor room because I am handicapped. When I got to the hotel I was placed in a third floor room as far way from the front ot the hotel as possible. If there had been a fire in the hotel I would have had problems because I do not do stairs because of my handicap. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great Place to stay!!
By ,
We stayed 5 nights and what a deal!! There was 4 adults and our room was large enough for us all. The bathroom is a bit small but manageble. Staff was all very friendly and the view from the eating area is beautiful!! You get so much for your money. Breakfast included sausage, eggs, gravy, biscuits, waffles(which I ate everyday) cereal, bagels, english muffins and toast. Evening snack or meal included baked potatoe, chips and cheese dip, mac and cheese, chicken strips, hot dogs, salad and for adults 3 alcoholic drinks each evening. Also had great popcorn. There is ample parking, they allow dogs, indoor/outdoor pool, whirlpool and workout room. We will be booking with Drury again.

The place was outdated. The air conditioner did not work and the tub did not drain. The management was no help in fixing any problem and seemed uninterested in helping..

Holy Cow a Good Hotel for a Great Deal
By ,
Spent one night 10/09 in Colo. Springs on business. A friend recommended Drury Inns to me, and I gave it a shot. I travel a lot but never had tried Drury. I was a bit skeptical and worried about quality because of the low price for my room ($59.00), but boy, was I surprised. Clean hotel, friendly staff, modern enough room, no problems, whatsoever. The room was comfortable, and although a bit small, was fine. TV was good, internet via ethernet or wireless was adequate. Tons of electrical plugs in room for laptop, phone charger, etc. The evening reception was a bit low end food wise compared to other nicer chains I am used to (they had cheap nachos, chips, salsa, popcorn-not much substance), But the fact that they offer mixed drinks in addition to beer (I effin' hate Bud LIght, oh well) and several wines is great. I don't drink hard liquor, but you could certainly knock down some drinks if you wanted to. Breakfast was good, and they had an excellent variety of foods. Checkout was hassle free. I travel monthly, and stay at a variety of middle class to upper middle class hotels. I am telling you for $59.00, this is likely the best deal I have gotten in years. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Experience
By ,
This is a wonderful place for anyone. The staff is outstanding, rooms really wonderful with nice recliner by window with mountain view. When you consider all the extras such as breakfast, snacks, cocktains for adults, juice and soft drinks for children it is a great value. We will certainly go back!!

Great Overall Value
By ,
Staff was very friendly from the initial phone reservation through check out. Nice clean rooms (although a bit small), recently remodeled with modern decor. Beds were very firm and had three pillows of different firmness. Hot breakfast was good, and free (although limited selection) cocktails every evening was a bonus. New flat screen TV in room. Only complaint was that the bathroom fan comes on automatically from 6-10 AM and PM and cannot be turned off, and is a bit noisy. Grounds and common areas are clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend.

Have I got a hotel for you!!!
By ,
Very clean rooms, comfy beds, great snacks at nite, great breakfast, everyone very helpful & it's pet friendly. Very quiet! We were there 5 days and we treated each day as tho it was our first. Convenient to I-25. The staff was more than willing to help with all directions needed to the sites we were there to see. It truly is a great value and our experience was at this hotel was the best. Will definitly stay there again if I am in the area.

Small rooms
By ,
I was not impressed with this place. The pool was very cold and the hot tub was not even filled up half way so the adults could not enjoy it. the rooms were very crowed and did not leave much room for a family. the breakfast and staff were very good. the location is easily accessable but i do not think i would come back again.
