Business Travelers Don't get fooled

Woodfin Suites Newark, Ca, once was a good hotel. But, sadly, they've let the property wear with minimal maintenance. Don't expect to find a DVD player--but they do have a nice library of VIDEO tapes. The whole place is stuck in ancient history.
On recent business trips in April and again in May 2005, wild and noisy young men were occupying many of the suites. The night before I had to make a major sales presentation, I had to listen to screaming, loud conversations outside, and non-stop sex sessions easily audible through thin walls well after 11 PM.
I'm really not sure where the hotel staff is during the nights, but they are manning the desks during the day.
In short, their virtual tour on the internet does not realistically show how this place has worn. The insides of the rooms are not that nice, and they're certainly not comfortable. I'm from Atlanta and I've stayed at hotels throughout California that cater to business people and sleeping. Forget sleeping at Woodfin Suites. What you save in price, you'll pay for in lack of sleep.
Sad, because this used to be a good place to stay. Save your money and stay in a "real" hotel when you travel.
