Location could be better, but since I grew up around there, not so bad. glad they allow pets. needed that. Easy to find. Wheelchair accessible. Walker friendly in most places.

I had made an internet reservation and everything went smoothly. The room was comfortable, expecially the bed. There was a fridge. I needed a San Mateo location, so this fit the bill. I had a small group of people meet me in my room before dinner and it was very convenient.

Do not stay here! Even though I am a member of Radisson's Elite club, I was given a room that had a very very loud air conditioner. It rattled throughout the night and we found it extremely hard during out two night stay as it was the height of summer, and turning the A/C on meant not sleeping at all. It simply was not bearable, the loudness was unnerving. The bathroom knob was inside out, enabling any prankster to walk in on you showering, or locking you in! The parking lots fill up very quickly, so we had to park far from our room. This hotel is by the way a refurbished, 70's style motel. Meaning the rooms are small and the corridors are outdoor. They double-charged my credit card and didn't fix the error until I called them. Even then they did not apologize for their mistake. The location was good, close to a mall and several other stores. It was about 35 mins drive into the heart of San Francisco so if you're looking for proximity to SF, definitely do not stay here. It was about half an hour from beautiful Half Moon Bay. Great seaside scenery! Overall, this hotel is not worth your money because comfort is always a must. And we were definitely not comfortable.
