Very Condecending staff most have language barrier. No manager Poor WIFI CONNECTION. TOO FAR FROM THE BEACH! Had to clean own room/take out trash. Dirty carpet.Didn't send confirmation email.. delayed trip caused late travel. no one can fix anything just give excuses.a few of these things would be ok but collectively it was really a bummer.. Good management would be a start. Such poor communication! All the front desk could focus on was check in and check out.. no quality control had to beg in 3 languages for 2 garbage bags and then they gave me small ones! they were out of the regular size.. Just crazy for the amout of money we spent.. makes Motel 6 seem glamerous!..very run down and dingy interiors.. wallpaper over cracked walls. no locks on windows.. "Balcony" is 1 foot wide and you cant go outside.. you just look at the window at it! Breakfast was poor Quality unless you like watered down juice and carbs.. So wanted a relaxing place to chill but it was a hasselation from the start.. sad! should have stayed at motel 6 and driven down or for just a little more money got some nicer cleaner luxurious digs.. this place was very dissapointing to say the least! HOLIDAY WEEKEND Ruined.. couldnt find another once we got here so we were essentially trapped. With a little more communication and problem solving most of this could have been taken care of. We travel alot and this was such a bad all around deal! Have to tell you to avoid this at all costs.. we will!!

We had a great stay at this hotel in August! Loved the location, the continental breakfast, the free parking, and our nice-sized room. It was a pleasant walk to the beach where there are great restaurants and, of course, the beautiful ocean. Helpful staff too. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

We loved the price, location and free parking and internet access. We stayed in a suite, and it was perfect for my friend and I and our two daughters. It's not the fanciest hotel with a ton of amenities, but that is not what we were looking for, since we were rarely in the room anyways. It was clean and the free continental breakfast was a plus.

A decent place to stay, well within most corporate and government per diem rates. Latest remodel is starting to show signs of wear (frayed carpet, dingy curtains, peeling wall coverings, etc.). Desk services are adequate, but must be sought as they're not freely offered. Breakfast buffet is ample and well-stocked, with satisfactory quality, but nothing to write home about. This hotel's best attribute is its location near the beach. Numerous restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance, including the Ocean Diner right next door. If you're up for breakfast outside the hotel, and if you can find a free seat, try one of the diner's many distinctive breakfasts concoctions. You'll be pleased.

This hotel was clean and pleasant, with helpful staff, covered parking, and an internet computer in the lobby. The Hermosa Pier is a ten-minute walk. I would stay here again.

We planned to travel all over LA, down the coastline, into Hollywood to do the Walk of Fame, over to Anaheim for Disneyland. We wanted somewhere that was inexpensive, safe, and had a great location for us to venture out. Quality Inn & Suites was a perfect match. The rooms are quiet, a good size and kept clean. They provide an assortment of free breakfast goodies, including 'homemade' waffles. There's a computer to use in the main lobby and if you bring your own, internet access is easy to set up and it's free. We never used it, but they do have a Jacuzzi.

Excellent location. Very good continental breakfast. Very good parking.

Quality Inn & Suites of Hermosa Beach is a great hotel to stay at. The price was well worth it. It was in a great location (only a 10 minute walk to the beach). Very friendly service. LA Times was delivered to our door on Sunday. Rooms were very clean and smelled of fresh ocean air. The view overlooked Aviation Blvd., but since Hermosa Beach is so beautiful, it was still a pleasant view. I highly recommend any visitors to HB stay here. It's a great value!! Would definitely stay here again! We were sad to leave!!!
