Econo Lodge Barstow, Barstow

It was very late when we checked in this hotel, the front desk staff was very courteous. The rates are very reasonable.We had a good night sleep. There was no outside noise. Great value for your money. Easy excess to the Hwy. Will come back to this hotel, whenever we pass through here.

I would not recommend this place to a convict seeking a conjugal visit. There was no maid service until three days, the walls and floors are paper thin. persons partied until 4 am, I spend a lot of time in motels and this was absolutely the worst. I had to fight with the management for a refund. If this motel was the only thing left in town I would sleep under a bridge

The room reeked of smoke. Had to buy air freshner to stand it. My grandaughter left her pillow with stuffed toys in it and when we went back five days later they said they had thrown it in the garbage... she was really upset.

I made a mistake giving them 5 stars in my above review.5 stars was for a Rodeway Inn motel in Bakersfield,Ca but I mixed up my days and gave this one a very good review.This hotel was average,nothing special during my 7 days trip through CA,AR and NV.Room was clean and inexpensive but no perks involved.Sorry again.
