Unresponsive Sales Staff

All I wanted to do was host an event and I don't know if the list of items we needed, our budget, or who we were that made this go sideways but we received no response to our request. After waiting a week, sending 3 emails, leaving 3 voicemail messages, and calling 5 times, we'll take our money else where. They could have just saved us the trouble and not given us the run around. It was disrespectful and unprofessional.
