Unresponsive Sales Staff

All I wanted to do was host an event and I don't know if the list of items we needed, our budget, or who we were that made this go sideways but we received no response to our request. After waiting a week, sending 3 emails, leaving 3 voicemail messages, and calling 5 times, we'll take our money else where. They could have just saved us the trouble and not given us the run around. It was disrespectful and unprofessional.

We had a horrible experience at this hotel over the weekend. We were enjoying to pool when we were bombarded by people jumping on to of us into the pool. 9 adults and 17 kids all came down from renting 1 room yes..thats right 1 rooom. And were not asked to leave. It totally ruined it for all the other guest. I will never stay here again.

A good stay

I was here for 2 days for business. I got a room on the 11th floor which has a nice view to the south. Bed is new and comfortable. Only petty is I had to pay $9.95 per day for internet. One more thing is this place host a lot of meetings on the frist 2 floors, so the elevator will take a while to arrive in the morning rush hours.

Hotel Charges False Charges

This hotel charged us a $250.00 charge after we left the hotel for smoking on the balcony. It was a non-smoking room so we smoked on the balcony. They say you can not smoke on the balcony either. We had a large group staying at the same hotel and they also smoked on the balcony and did not recieve a charge. They say they have notes posted and they do not.
