Vagabond Inn Executive San Francisco Airport, Burlingame

Booked via Orbitz.com, did not get my money's worth. The room was incredibly small and dirty, and I booked a room with a balcony but they were not available once I got there. There is no room service, so at midnight when I came back to take a shower, I had to walk to the front office to get more towels. The dining area is sooo small and is shared with 2 business computers. Not a deluxe breakfast by any means, and while I was having tea, a maid's family came in and served themselves breakfast, all 6 of them, pretty much shoving my boyfriend and I out of the way of the line to get food like vultures and then resorted to try and sit at the only two tables in the dining area... the other patrons had to sit in the lobby to eat breakfast. DEFINITELY NOT executive, the fact that it's by the water doesn't mean a thing. No parking, poor service, will never stay here again.

The best cheap hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. Room 211 is very clean and decent. $90! WEll lit and safe. Serves a decent breakfast (free) too. What's not to like?

Front office staff was excellent. We stayed in large room with 2 queen beds, microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast was good. However, the staff refilling the food baskets needs to be more friendly and have a smile on their face. Carpet needs to be steam cleaned.Excellent bay view. Recommend everyone to visit this hotel.

They have the bad practice of imposing extra charges at the last moment. The general manager is rather rude and incompetent. The coffemaker was not in working condition. The rest is so-so.

Nice surprise for a Vagabond Inn. They are not all created equally. Great location for SF Airport and business in the area. We are returning!

I didn't get to stay, reservations were misplaced by travelocity, but the staff was so helpful and patient. They allowed us to use their lobby phone while travelocity tryed to fix the problem they created, we were on their phone for 3 hours and they showed us the best hospitality. I wish they would have had a room for us, I would have rather stayed there. Thank you
