Shilo Inn Hotel Pomona Diamond Bar, Pomona

The hotel is under construction and noisy, rooms outdated, but the hotel front desk staff and housekeepers are very sweet and helpful! They have been very kind and they also have a nice pool (hot tub under construction!) Good value for what youget.

Very close to the freeways, but old hotel carpets were dirty and some rooms on the "first" floor were below the parking lot. Reminded me of my grandmother's house in Brooklyn, we did all the cooking in the semi-basement, eye level with the driveway. Would not stay again unless I was upgraded.

Was a little dissapointed with this hotel and the great sports bar they claim next door. First, the rooms were extreemly ran down. The comforters were torn and you had also got the feeling you didn't even want to sleep in the bed. The bathroom was also old with a cruddy shower head that didn't work right. We thought we were going to have to call maintenence because half the time, the toilet didn't want to flush. I called to ask if we could get two towels and a pillow and they told me at the front desk it would be hard for them to find towels and that it would be a while. An hour 1/2 later...no room service still so we had to call again. Where would all the towels be...no one was swimmimg. Our room was at the end of a hall so all night the exit door slammed and felt like our whole room shaked. Next door to our room, there was a party which sounded like they were running down the halls slamming doors, etc...throughout all night. It was ridicuolus. We got up a few times top get ready to say something but we thought maybe there was security that would have taken care of it. Guess not! You will also notice at night that there is usually three to four girls standing outside with cell phones (escorts). They might be running a prostitution ring there which even made the rooms feel more disgusting. As far as the sports bar next door. One word- disgusting and way overpriced! My daughters hamburger was completely rare because they forgot to bring it with the original order so we think they just slapped it on the grill for a minute. My husbands onion rings were full of water, yuck! A family that also stayed with us in another room had the same problem at this Sports Bar. All I have to say...try Denny's up the street or something else before going there. I recommend trying another hotel before coming here...there are others around.

Outstanding location, close to freeway to go to Los Angeles, Pasadena and also other direction to Orange County. Front staff were very helpful in guiding me to locations. The meals are outstanding as well as the bar is well stocked. General Manger wa very friendly as well as his staff. Thank you for your hospitality. darlene flores

Everything was perfect. Especially the service, but the food was execlent too.. what else is there to say
