Poor communication

I think the rooms and hotel are nice. However, the day i booked my room I called and spoke to Moe to let them know I needed a ground floor room, because, of physical disabilities and also wanted a smoking room. He said ok no problem.
When I arrived, there was no room for me, Moe did some checking and found a room that an employee was staying in, he asked me if I would like an upgrade to the penthouse, I said, isn't that "upstairs". So they moved the employee. Anyway, 1 1/2 hours after check in time of 2:00 pm I had a room.
Also, the breakfast they serve was nice, however, it was upstairs! Hard to do when you can't walk well and use a cane????
