what we like are: 1. free parking 2. wireless internet 3. breakfast 4 very close to airport what we dislike is 1.smell of the room. 2. noise outside of the room

Perfect if you want to be close to SFO. The 24 hour shuttle service worked well for us. The room was typical travelodge fare, a bit tattered but clean. The beds were VERY comfortable. It was quieter than many other airport hotels we have stayed in.

Great place to stay!!

Selected this hotel for a one night stay in San Francisco at the end of my vacation. What a pleasant surprise. First class service at the front desk (hope that Cynthia is working when you show up...she is fantastic). Provided excellent directions and information on how to get where I was going. Informative about all transportation options and the public transit system is just a short walk around the corner!! Breakfast served in the lobby was excellent and a good way to start the trip home!! Internet access in the lobby gave options for checking in for flights and shuttle was simple and easy to use when leaving. Hotel was clean and tidy!! Will return again should I ever be in San Francisco again!!

beware-- rigid cancellation policy

The hotel has a 24-hr cancellation policy. It's very rigid-- even if your flight gets cancelled at the last minute. They won't make exceptions. (I just had this experience)The person at the desk wasn't very helpful at all.

GREAT PLACE FOR THE VALUE

Had to book last minute from the time I called from the airport to the time I left this hotel was all of 5 stars.. Service was very attentive,knowledgable and friendly. Rooms were clean and housekeeping staff always accommodating. Breakfast was a great treat with cereal, fresh pastries, fruit, hot oatmeal, and the list goes on. Convenience is why I stayed 3 extra days.. Bart was 1 block away with great restaurants within walking distance. So for the value I was very pleased.. Will stay there again.

Good beds, very convenient to BART, the front desk person was very knowledgable about getting around and in to San Francisco. The free breakfast was very good and provided healthy choices as well.

Location, Location, Location

I was in town for business and needed a place close to the airport. I was thrilled when I realized they were right next to BART so I could spend the afternoon in San Francisco and not worry about transportation. The front desk person was very nice and helped identify which stops I might want. They also offer free wireless internet in their rooms and the lobby had a printer that was available to guests (for a small charge).

Good value

Our stay was good. It's about a mile from the airport and has an effecient shuttle (it runs 24 hours if you have an early flight) that gets one to the airport in about 5 minutes (the Travelodge is the last stop before the airport on the shuttle run). The room was clean. Continental breakfast is just pastry and fruit choice. There is coffee in the room. This is good value for the money. I'd recommend

Yeah it was fine

Yeah it was an OK hotel. It served it's purpose as I got into SFO late. My dad lives nearby so I knew the area. He has too many pets, and I'm allergic, therefore need a hotel. Had a OK place to run, and had I been a tourist the Millbrae BART station was across the street for easy access to SF.

Great find near SFO

I fly often for business and had a lay over in San Francisco due to a flight change. I wanted something close to the airport and found the Travelodge about a mile away with free airport transportation. As it turns out they are right next to BART so I was able to enjoy a day in San Francisco and catch my flight later that afternoon. They also had free wireless Internet which made it easy for me to connect to the office.

I highly recommend this place if you are traveling to San Francisco.
