Vagabond Inn Long Beach, Long Beach

The place was not terrible for the price! The carpet was dirty as our socks would get filthy but the rest of the room looked clean. A great one nighter, not for long term stay.

Not too bad, great location a block from the ocean and close to several eateries. Wouldn't recommend for a long stay, as it is an old hotel, but great for the price ($63 two adults tow kids).

This place is horrible. Unbelievably dirty and unkept. The rooms are smelly, the carpet throughout is disgusting, the shower does not drain, the sink has been unprofessionaly mounted crooked on the wall. The location is not great, loud busy street, very little parking. No matter how great of a rate you get, it is not worth it!

I gotta say this hotel really was great! P.S. if you use SweetHotelDeals. Net for booking this hotel they usually have some pretty good hotel deals at this time of the year!

i figure to save some cash we could stay here, well i should have picked somewhere else, this hotel is very disappointing, the rooms smell, the carpet is dirty, the pool is disgusting. the noice level is a bit to much, you can here people in the hall way talking as if they were in your room!! the room that we got was facing the gas station next to the alley, not a great view. we had an outside light next to our window that made it seem as if the sun never went down, and could tell there was holes in the floor but was covered in carpet. every time we would step near the restroom area, we woud feel like we are sinking in, the distance is okay and within walking distances, but no where near good restraunts or shopping areas. the bed was hard and not comfortable at all, my husband and i were happy to get out of that place as soon as possible.

We found 7 reason NOT to stay at this hotel: 1. Smelled like a mixture of dead bodies & rotten pus!@. 2. Had to wear the free shower cap to fit in. 3. The door to the next room was locked with scotch tape. 4. There's a great view of an alley & I think I accidentally joined the crips. 5. I swear I overheard the Russian mafia selling babies. 6. I looked under the bed & found a crackhead. 7. I didn't know they make curtains in a Pee Pee stain. I would suggest to you to pay the extra money to get a real hotel room. The staff behind the front desk ignored us completly when we walked in & there is NOTHING good to say about the rooms.
