nice room, friendly staff

I was happy with the room, as it was newly remodeled and very clean. Reasonably quiet even though it is on a busy street. All the staff that i encountered were friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, BEWARE WHEN BOOKING THROUGH ORBITZ, CHEAP HOTELS, OR ANY OTHER SERVICES BECAUSE THEY MAY TACK ON AN ADDITIONAL $14.OO FEE. Confirm the rate with the hotel before paying through these internet services. They will bill your card immediately...

One of the best i have ever stayed at!

I stayed there in Jan 08. First off the service was great. After talking to the lady at the desk i was informed that the whole place had just been remodeled, and it showed! To my surprise the standard single I got had a "Flat Screen TV" and a King size bed. The Location worked out well for me.

I recently stayed there March 13 through the 15 and really liked it it was clean and the staff was very polite I will stay there again when I visit Bakersfield ,Ca again in May!!!
