not satisfied to the Yahoo travel

At latest trip to U.C. Davis ,I ordered two bed room from Yahoo travel. However, when I registered, the hotel clerk told me all two bed rooms were bookout. The clerk said" Sometimes order hotel from internet , Yahoo travel did not check whether there have two bed room or not ". This is a bad experience. If Yahoo travel did not give me an explanation or compensation, I will not be your customer again.
