The Towels were dirty, old & stained. They were so thin, you can see through them. The towels had been washed, but they had black stains on them as if they had been used to wash tires. You could tell that the sheets & pillow cases had not been changed. When we had to change our own pillow cases, the pillows were stained and had an ordor. There was blood on the sheets, pubic hairs found in the shower, something like gel was found in one of the towels, dark nail polish on the towel floor mat. The rooms were supposed to me NON-SMOKING, but smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The lady at the office desk was very angry, when we requested towels, sheets or pillow cases. We had to change them ourselves, because the maid had already gone home. But her attitude was very rude. I will NEVER return!
