Best Western Monterey Inn, Monterey

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The breakfast was minimal but ok, just, the inkeeper is serving the food for you in small portions and you need to ask for any addition you want. The first mornning someone from room service was knocking strongley on many doors, making a lot of noise.

upped my room to 2 queen beds when they noticed I had my granddaughter with me no extra charge, room was always clean and fresh, had a problem with the refrigerator and they were on the phone before I left the service desk, staff were friendly and nice breakfast. My daughter lives up the street so was within walking distance, I will be staying there again. Lu German Southern Ca.

Very clean room. Quiet. Good location and wonderful accommodating staff. I would stay here again.

We went here as a Red Hat group and had a wonderful stay. The rooms are very spacious. The facility is very clean and quiet, and having an indoor hall with an elevator is a huge plus. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Monterey has a lot of one way streets so it doesn't make it easy for a traveler that is unfamiliar with the area to find the hotel. I would absolutely stay there again. Continental breakfast has a good variety. It is worth the stay.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The room was affordable, spacious and most of all clean. The staff was helpful and nice, and breakfast was enjoyable. The location was great. I highly recommend this hotel to stay at in Monterey. The only think I want to mention is if you want Aquarium tickets, which the front desk sells, they only take cash.

We arrived on a Thursday. Left on Saturday. Room was Fantastic. The people that worked there were very helpful and so nice. Continental breakfast was good also. We would definitely stay there again.

We were initially supposed to stay at a different hotel and read awful reviews. We cancelled the reservation and found this gem by accident. It's right on the ocean, has a heated pool and beautiful views. It was perfect!!! Our hairdryer broke and the bathroom accidentally got locked shut. They sent someone up within 10 minutes to fix it. We can't wait to come back and are going to be sure to tell everyone about our favorite new place!!! :O)

Great hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and accomidateing. Restaurant recommendations great. Within walking distance to warf and many great restaurants. Room spacious and clean. Definitely recommend.

Huge clean rooms, comfortable bed, nice bar area with refrigerator. Large closet, thick bath towls,very nice people at front desk, Hotel is close to walk down to the fisherman wharf and alvardo street that has a lot of stores and places to dine. Need a car to go to the cannery row and aquarium. I guess the only thing that I would say needs improvement is to have microwave ovens available in the rooms, otherwise we were very pleased with this hotel and we have been coming to Monterey for many years and this is the nicest place we haved stayed. Hot tub and pool, we only used the hot tub it was working fine and was clean.

Nice hotel. Very clean and they gave a great complimentary continental breakfast. Staff were very nice and helpful. Location not bad either. Good value - nice place for the money.
