Service is great--building seems old

Pros: Basketball court, spacious rooms, kitchenette w/ full sized frig, multiple item breakfast, convenient location to every good restuarant in the area (walking distance to most), conveniently located next to Interstate 40.
Cons: Quality of the building itself and the furnishings seemed to be lacking (such as bed and lower quality shower). For example, there was a large gap under my door; everybody outside could hear my TV or radio just like they were in my room! Also, I could hear more noise from other rooms also (this wasn't too bad though). It seemed just a little too much money to pay for a lower-quality stay.
During my stay, I spent a week at the Hilton Downtown. I paid less per night there (by about $40), the room was much better quality, though smaller, and I still got a breakfast since I was a Hilton Honers patron. The beds were much more comfortable here also. I had to pay for parking though when I stayed downtown.
