i loved this hotel great ammenities, clean nice rooms, great heated pool and hot jacuzzi, staff very very nice, shuttle guy sweet!, nice reception free food, grounds nice with flowering trees, i can't say enough about this place, and i usually stay at the H or the S but no more, this is my new hotel chain for sure!

I checked in February 19, 2008. Checked out around 530am Feb 20, 2008. The service was excellent until I found out around 530am the water in the room was filthy dirty. It looked like red clay mixed with water in the tub, toilet and sink. I called the front desk and the telephone rang for several minutes with nobody picking up. I went downstairs and found the front desk clerk Dennis away from the desk and talking with the cook. I asked if he was aware of the dirty water ? He said he was but wasn't doing anything yet about it. He said there was a pipe break the prior day outside the building. He advised me several of the surrounding hotels had the same problem. So, he couldn't refer me anywhere else to at least get a shower. I had him call the mgr to see what was being done to accomodate the guests ? The mgr said he left a message on an answering machine for the city water dept. He was waiting to hear back from them and the owner Mr Patel. I was assured of a phone call back as to what would be done to compensate me for their error. I went to my room, called the city water dept...there was no answering machine.. it was a live person & they sent someone out within a few minutes.. I checked out immediately and saw the city vehicle as I was leaving. Since I hadn't received a return call, I called back about a week later. This time I was told the mgr was out of town one week and it would take another week for a return call. So, more than three weeks pass and still no return call. I call again to find out if the credit was being done since now I have been billed by my credit card ? Dennis blamed me for drinking the water in the dark room. He said I should have turned all the lights on to see it was dirty. He claims the city said the water was fine. I asked if he went up to my room and saw the water I left in the bathtub and sink ? Also asked if I had brought him a glass if he would have drank it ? He admits he wouldn't have drank it. He also admitted he knew the water was tainted but did nothing to notify the guests who would be waking shortly and using the water. I would never go to this place again nor recommend it to anyone. Instead of notifying the guests the water is tainted and letting the guests decide if they want to stay, drink and bath in it..they make the decision for you. This is an absurd business practice. They do nothing to appease the customers when they know they have done something improper. No apology, credit or call back..just take the customers money at all costs.

the hotel's add was misleading....the airport shuttle was free however, you have to pay for parking additionally. parking is in the very back lot. many hotels have airport shuttle AND parking for FREE without having higher rates. we also never got a wake up call which caused us to miss our flight.
