Overbooked- apalling service

Made a pre-paid, guaranteed reservation through Orbitz. Weather delayed our flight- when we arrived at 2am, the hotel was oversold and did not have a room for us. Since it was pre-paid for 2 nights, we had to go to another hotel for the first night and return for the second. Spoke with the general manager who was rather condescending.
Wrote to clarion hotels, and they stated that an apology would be coming from the hotel. After 2 weeks, there was no response, and clarion called the hotel, but the hotel did not even respond to the head office request- which reflected the courtesy with which the problem was handled.
