My wife and I were in Little Rock for a wedding but were also in the process of selling our house. We were sent documents that needed immediate attention. We tried a FedEx Kinkos, a relatives computer, but ended up at the biz center. Not sure if this is a Little Rock problem, but everywhere we went, the internet was slow and could not support downloading a pdf file?!?!? So that's when I asked for assistance at the front desk and met Tamica Gulley...our life saver. Time was running out to get these documents printed and faxed back so I explained our situation, all the attempts we had made and without batting an eye, Tamica took us back to her office, let us use her computer (with a T1 line--thank goodness), print, and sign the documents. She faxed them for us (no charge because she said should could tell we were stressed out), then, sent a confirm of the fax to our room. I've been to some fine hotels around the world and have rarely received the kind of service we received by Tamica. We are forever greatful. And while Tamica was exceptional and above and beyond, I found the front desk and restaurant staff happier and more helpful that I would have ever expected.

No one to park your automobile, and to handle your luggage. Breakfest in Hotel Restaurant was the most expensive than we have ever spent. The room srvice is something you have to ask for more than once, the maids will never go in your room until you insist. Drinks in the bar, are made for multi-millionares not tourists.

only 2 things i have to say 1 sheets were very lose for tied fit 2 resterant needts to be open at night till 10pm

The rooms are wonderfully spacious, bright, and clean. I loved having a fridge in the room, and the two televisions were great. It is a great room to be shared by many. I enjoyed my stay immensely!
