Door Openers Useless

When we drove up to the hotel, there were all these men standing by the door and no one came to help unload the car or even came up to welcome us to the hotel. I had to roll everything into the hotel, not hat I needed any help, but some degree of assistance was never offered.
The doors were pulled open, but as we walked in the two door openers keep talking to each other, no smile, no greeting. They are there for their own purpose, not yours.
When we checked out, the same door openers keep talking to each other. As we walked by, they rudely and loudly talked right into our ears.
The people at the door are useless, so that should tell you about the rest of the hotel. Stay elsewhere.
