Nite Inn Eugene, Eugene

As the add clearly shows, the rental rate is $30. When I called to reserve a room, I was informed that rooms were $47 single and $57 double. I will glad pay these amount with a business that is honest, but not here.

The rates are extremely reasonable, but there's a catch. The motel is located on a very busy street, and my room did not adequately seal off traffic noise. In addition, the room was somewhat dirty and smokey, and the bath towels were over-used and stained...not to mention that the mattress was unusually hard and uncomfortable. The good thing about this motel (besides the low price) is that it is located very close to downtown Eugene. However, the positives of my experience here do not outweigh the negatives, and I do not plan to return to this motel.

I am disabled and had to go to Eugene for a medical proceedure. I tried to book the Nite Inn as it looked good on the internet. I could not understand the manager/owner and he put a guest checking out on the phone who told me the manager said I had to pay a $25 deposit I'd get back if I cleaned and vacuumed the room when I departed. I asked why I should have to clean a room I paid for and the guest answered: my thoughts exactly, I just got finished vacuuming. I asked what the price would be if I stayed a week- the manager tacked on $30- the price of a night's stay because I couldn't clean and vacuum my room. Needless to say, I did not book and I will NEVER go near this place.
