A bad experience!

This is my first review of a place I've visited. I don't usually do this sort of thing - but this was so outlandish, I feel compelled to write.
(1) I was given a pass key to a room that, when I entered, was being occupied by another person (lights on, clothes all around). The receptionist said that the "computer" shouldn't have allowed this to happen and also said that she was having the worst day of her life! I was given another room but with only a shower (I had requested a bath, but this unit was the only one available).
(2) The heat was so tepid in my room for my first night's stay that, in the middle of the night, I had to fully dress and wear my jacket to keep mildly warm. When I complained the next day, I was told that the situation would be fixed by that evening. It was, but the heater barely produced enough heat.
(3) There was a small amount of leftover food in the room and leftover soap in the soap dish when I first arrived.
(4) I was told by the receptionist to not use the stair access to my room ("The pass key required for access doesn't work sometimes; use the elvator instead.")
