Discriminated againt for being a non-smoker.
Stink, Stank, Stunk......Pre-paid for a room through priceline. I called like they suggest to pick a smoking or non-smoking room and bed size. The clerk informed me that if I wanted a non-smoking room I would have to pay extra for it. I told him that was not right. He said take it up with the manager, which was not available then or while we stayed. We arrived and checked in about 10PM got our key went to our (SMOKING) room. Opened the door to a blast of hot stinky air... (the air conditioner was not on).... high 90* August day. The room was clean except for the stink of smoke in every fiber of this room. Bed was fairly comfortable, but stank. We requested a non-smoking room that we would pay the extra, though we felt it was wrong. They said we would have to call priceline, we did, no help. So we bought some air fresheners and burned candles. Left with everything in our bags smelling like smoke, which stunk. we will not stay at a Quality Inn again. I quess being a non-smoker is not a the quality they are looking for in this hotel.
