Quality Inn Airport, Yuma

All I can say is WOW. I travel all over the U.S. for business and this has been the first time I have been compelled to write a review. I came across this hotel because I was working in CA and it just happened to be Dove Hunting Season. All the local hotels were booked solid. This hotel managed to make room for my coworker and I and were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were cleaned and well maintained, the bed was comfortable and linens were clean and crisp, and the maintenance personnel was on-site and quick to remedy any problems. The breakfast was great and the grounds were well maintained. I had a slight issue picking up the wifi signal. I called the front desk and they provided me with a device to connect to the internet, free of charge. I was never bothered by other guests and even though we checked out late, we were never bothered or rushed to vacate our rooms. If I happen to come across this area again I will definitely visit this hotel again.

Our Group was contacted by their Director of Sales, Shauna. The entire staff provided great service and an outstanding meal. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our group was happy and we had no complaints. We plan on going back to this hotel everytime we are in Yuma. Clean hotel with great rates and the best staff around!

Shawna greeted us and gave us a fast and friendly check-in. After several calls and emails back and forth to our secretary. Our Secretary told us we had to go there because we were going to love her, and that we did! Shawna's bubbly personality and permanent smile was contagious. She is a natural "People Person" and couldn't help but make you smile! The outdoor pool was heated but also shaded with palm trees so we spent a relaxing afternoon out there BBQ'ing up some burgers and hotdogs on their grill. Then spent the evening in their bar listening to the live band. This was a very beautiful property and personable experience.

Barb and Shauna really know how to make one feel welcomed. This hotel is on beautiful well kept grounds. The muscle man maintenance guy was so friendly always asking how I was doing but seemed so busy all the time, I never asked his name. They sure did make you feel welcome there. The rooms were gorgeous and the price was great compared to other hotels in Yuma. I will definitely be staying there again the next time I pass through Yuma.

I tried to call the front desk several times and no one answered when I finally went to check out I was upset that no one answered the phone, the reason I was calling was because my room was dirty and when I complained about the dust she seemed like she didn't care. Whatever happened to good customer service?

I must say that the staff at the Quality Inn was the best I have seen in a long time; the rooms where nice it looks like they have started updating them from the last time I was there a few years back. the pool was BIG and surrounded by palm trees! Over all a great stay great location and great people : )

Do you love being surrounded by green but want to keep money in your pocket? This hotel's prices are unbeatable and the landscaping is breathtaking. The pool was well kept and relaxing surrounded by palm trees for the perfect shading. The beds were comfortable and they had HBO on flat screen TV's! We enjoyed our stay!

This hotel is cozy with a friendly staff. The Restaurant & Bar on premise has great food and great service. Mansi was delightful to chat with, her adventures to the Micheal Jackson funeral was and adventure to my ears. I enjoyed my stay and hope to go back soon.

If you're stuck in Yuma this is the hotel to be at! They have a nice bar with entertainment on the weekdays! The food was good, the staff is friendly and the prices are resonable!

Our Vehicle broke down and this hotel was right next to the car dealerships, we just walked next door! The kids loved the pool area, they had a crib at no charge for our baby and to top that off they brought out boardgames so the kids wouldn't be bored! The staff was great and I would highly recommend this hotel to others!
