Bad Service

I tried to call the front desk several times and no one answered when I finally went to check out I was upset that no one answered the phone, the reason I was calling was because my room was dirty and when I complained about the dust she seemed like she didn't care. LOW PRICES for GREAT QUALITY

I must say that the staff at the Quality Inn was the best I have seen in a long time; the rooms where nice it looks like they have started updating them from the last time I was there a few years back. the pool was BIG and surrounded by palm trees! Gorgeous Green

Do you love being surrounded by green but want to keep money in your pocket? This hotel's prices are unbeatable and the landscaping is breathtaking. The pool was well kept and relaxing surrounded by palm trees for the perfect shading. The beds were comfortable and they had HBO on flat screen TV's! We enjoyed our stay!
 
 
 
 
 
Restaurant & Bar on Premise was delightful!

This hotel is cozy with a friendly staff. The Restaurant & Bar on premise has great food and great service. Mansi was delightful to chat with, her adventures to the Micheal Jackson funeral was and adventure to my ears. I enjoyed my stay and hope to go back soon.

If you're stuck in Yuma this is the hotel to be at! They have a nice bar with entertainment on the weekdays! The food was good, the staff is friendly and the prices are resonable!
 
 
 
 
 
Great Location! Great Price

Our Vehicle broke down and this hotel was right next to the car dealerships, we just walked next door! The kids loved the pool area, they had a crib at no charge for our baby and to top that off they brought out boardgames so the kids wouldn't be bored! The staff was great and I would highly recommend this hotel to others!
 
 
 
 
 
Breathtaking Property with a friendly staff

Although the hotel is not located where all the new hotels and mall were built, this hotel is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are breathtaking and the staff was eager to assist us with taking our luggage to our room. The price was reasonable and we look forward to going back there. I strongly recommend others to try this hotel, it's a gorgeous place to sit and relax by there oasis pool.

Best place to stay in Yuma!

The new sales manager took me on a tour of the hotel and had me sold! The price of the rooms are unbeatable! It's so beautiful and quiet there. They have a huge pool surrounded by palm trees which was perfect shading for the Yuma heat! The room had air conditioning and really comfortable beds. The staff was enthusiastic and friendly they really make you feel like you're at home. I plan on staying there again next time I am in the Yuma area!

We can't wait to go back!

This hotel is amazing! It had a Gorgeous Pool area ... my kids didn't want to leave! The staff is really friendly they gave me a coupon for 50% off my entire order to Pizza Hut which I thought was so generous! I highly recommend this hotel!

Best Hotel in the Yuma

I stayed in Yuma for a night and i stayed in Quality Inn Airport. Palm trees all around the hotel and Pool made me stay 2 more nights over here. My kids had fun in pool, they love BBQ food and spaghetti in restaurant. Flat screen Sony TV on wall with POP corn we got from bar made us watch movie in room chilling with Air conditioner. My special thanks to the hotel administrator who picked my family from airport. I will surely come again on my birthday with my family.
