We stayed over night while while visiting friends in Goodyear. Service was very friendly. The resort grounds were nice. The room was OK, however, our bathroom was very dirty. I don't like cleaning toilets either but then again I don't charge an arm and leg to use mine. I paid to stay in a resort because I thought the quality of room would be higher.

Nice But Check your Bill

My stay at the Wig Wam covered five weeks. I found the staff to be very professional and friendly. Food was good, though a bit pricey in Red's. Rooms were nice though the beds were way too soft in a couple of the rooms. Could use a update and better support for business travelers [in room, free, wireless and more electrical plugs please] Overall a positive experience, but check your bill. I had problems as did some of my associates.

We went to this resort on our honeymoon...we pre-booked through Yahoo Travel. We prepaid for everything and had a great time, but when we received a bill for 2 nights when we checked out I was furious! I wondered if this would happen because the guy who helped us when we checked in didn't have us staying but for 4 nights instead of 6. I was promised by two separate people that we would not be charged for anything and they didn't keep that promise! Watch out for this resort!!!

If wonderful atmosphere, supreme service, beautiful location, and fun for the entire family. This is the ultimate place to hang your hats. It's a experience you will want to return to time time again.

NICE PLACE!

I went to this Resort as part of a business trip to train sales people on a new system. It was off season so the rates were incredible. My room was huge, as was the bathroom. It had a deck that overlooked the pool, and was incredible. The sales team had a golf event that they really enjoyed, I chose not to go as the temperature was 115 out. Instead we hung by one of the pools ( the main pool) with the rain mist keeping us cool and the pool bartender keeping are liquid intake up :). The staff was extremely nice, and was very helpful with coordinating all the equipement needed for the training event. Because it was off season, it was very quiet and we received a lot of attention. I want to go back with my family and enjoy a vacation there! I would recommend the place to anyone, but maybe not in the month of July :)
