Quality Inn and Suites, Lake Havasu City

Though we had read other reviews and they had not been the best this hotel was wonderful. The girls at Front Desk are wonderful, and the restraunt personell were great also. I loved the food, and the cleanliness of the room was wonderful. They really made our trip extreamly convienent and worry free. I can't wait to stay again!

We paid $99.95 for one night, which for the size of the room and location (highway side) was a bit much. The hotel really should discount the rooms on the highway side -it is VERY loud at night. No one in my family is a light sleeper, so it really didn't matter to us, but I'm sure some people would find it maddening. Beds were good, and the bed linen smelled clean and fresh (a biggie in my book). The overall cleanliness of the room was good. Air conditioner worked VERY well! The shower head was AWESOME - better than most I've had in Hiltons and Marriotts! Although it was a Friday night, I did not notice any late-night partiers roaming the property. The continental breakfast was VERY good, with a variety of cereals, breads and juices. The french toast was REALLY good, and I appreciated the sugar-free syrup for my diabetic husband.

I just wann alet u know we loved the service we had when we were in there for breakfast .......... The waitress and hostess . Colleen and Tabby and our busser girl always refilled our coffee . The waitress was right on top . The hostess smiled and greeted us nicesly made us feel welcome and asked us how our food was . Hope u keep these valued employees................. please share info with them

I really liked the food in the resteraunt. I loved the waitress (samantha) she really made us feel welcome and right at home. I didn't like the hostess she was very rude. I liked that when I had a problem in my room or if I needed something that someone came right up to assist me. Keep up the good work Ramada Inn.
