No issues except for two. The bill was to include billing for a movie which was not requested nor viewed. The staff with ,whom I spoke, offered to have an investigation done but I am not optimistic with regard to the outcome. Second, their was no spanish language TV program offerings. I found this odd considering the large spanish speaking population in Arizona.

I like what they have done to hotel in their renovation. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Great place, terrible night staff...

I enjoyed staying at the hotel very much. The place was clean, the service prompt and the shuttle's response was very quick. The pool and hot tub were nice and toasty and the restaurant was acceptible. The staff was very accomodating, and made every effort to take care of us, in the daytime. During the daytime, I recieved information on local attractions and made plans through the day staff to accomplish a few stops immediately prior to my departure. As I made my final preperations and went to the front desk to ask for a shuttle, I was promptly informed, contrary to the day staff, that the shuttle only runs to the airport. It was very frusterating and I would have appreciated the full story from the day staff and not have to interrupt the night staff's book reading time, just to find out they cannot meet my requests.

bad service

i had a terriable stay here because, first we had hair all in our tub, another reason was we got another non smoking room but got booked in a smoking room, tried to explain my family member has ashma but all they could say was rooms where all clean(its was 5pm)and had a waiting list but when we left motel at 8am they had maids cleaning our floor, and they said rooms where clean come one 9hrs to clean a motel and cant give me a non smoking room but what irrated me was the lack of knowledge of the staff, spoke to 3 managers but none could resolve the situation and one of the mangers was very rude and wanted to argue with me!! in all i hated this stay the staff was not prfessional so i will be letting the public know about this place

BAD LOCATION

I stayed at hotel for three nights, no complaints as far as hotel, rooms were clean free high speed internet price was not bad,small fitness rooms, no weights , still I would recommend the hotel, only to people who drive here, not too much around, bad location.

We had a great stay!

We made our reservations through AAA. The rate was excellent (only $69), but we couldn't cancel. The lobby is beautiful and the room was very clean with all we needed for an overnight stay. Lobby clerks recommended a great restaurant, Old Pueblo Grill, that we enjoyed as well. Very close to freeway for roadtrippers. Highly recommend it!

Nightmare in Tucson

I have travelled quite a bit and have taken teams all over the US and have never had any issues with my rooms. However, this was the worst experience ever! I made several suite reservations and when we arrived, all our rooms had been given out to other guests. We were stuck with standard rooms and were told that's all they had. I would have left and gone to another hotel, but the event we were participating in was huge and all the hotels in the area were sold out. The Sales Director was rude and sacastic. I have stayed at other Holiday Inns and never experienced anything like this. The hotel itself was nice and clean; however their customer service is horrible. They state they have a 100% satisfaction guaranttee, but they don't back that up, not even if you take it to the top! I will never stay there again. Beware!!

get a suite

If you want to get the amenities that are listed under 'room amenities'. You better ask for a room that has it. Things like a refrigerator and microwave are not in every room as we came to find out the hard way. You'll need to ask for a suite... oh, and that'll cost extra.

Travel quite frequently, stayed with Holiday Inn before, this was one of the best Holiday Inn's. Courteous staff, above adeguate dinning and lounge. Superb Pizza.
