Great Location and Breakfast

Loved how it was walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was good and the drinks at social hour were a treat!

won't go back

needed a lot of repairs,smelled musty. Wasn't as clean as it should be. Seemed very crowded. traffic kept us up at night.Trying to compete with Embassy Suites but falls way short. Cheap motel, not so cheap prices.

I have been staying at InnSuites for 11 years and they have always offerred a great value for the room you get. In addition, the locations are to be convenient to the areas that I need to work

Great Hotel!

If you are ever in the area this hotel is the perfect place to stay! Right across the street from AZ Mills Mall, it's located central to just about everything. The staff was very helpfull and the free social hour was great! they even have bbq grills for guest use outside the cafe right by the pool. I will definately stay there anytime I'm in town. Very pleased! Oh and they have the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in!

VERY NICE

Booked to take family to Angels spring training. Perfect location, about 2 miles away. Was really worried before we left about some of the negative reviews, but was presently surprised. We arrived at midnight and were promptly booked into our room. I am assuming they are renovating the rooms because ours was in great condition and can't see what others are saying about the things they seen in theirs. Remember this is Tempe Arizona, most of all the hotels I see out here look like the heat of summer does its toll on them. Will stay again. I am here now as I write this review and will book before I leave for next year.

Makes Me Want to Travel More!

When I searched for a hotel for this trip, I looked for convenient location, breakfast included, pool, jacuzzi, business center, gym, happy hour (if possible) and a reasonable price. Inn Suites Tempe met all my criteria wonderfully well. Front desk staff was well prepared for the usual travel emergencies, and I even had a chance to talk a bit with hotel management over breakfast one day (Hi, Diane from Tucson)! My overall impression of this low key, high value hotel is very positive, and I would come back to Inn Suites with no hesitations.

Poor - Refused to honor advertised rates & discounts

Hotel staff refused to honor the advertised price in the 2006 Entertainment book. When reservations were made we were told the price would be honored. However at check-out the hotel management made a number of excuses and would not honor the discount, claiming it was a "misprint" or "subject to availability" which it wasn't. No attempt was made to accomodate us. To date the hotel management will not return calls nor try to make ammends. Advise all to avoid this hotel or else get the rate in writing before giving them your credit card!

Chipped laminate on the sink, in a pretty small room. More than one night here and our family of three would have felt claustrophobic. The breakfast buffet was ok. For the price it was probably fair.

Not the best hotel ever!

The toilet seat lid could not go all the way back because they had built a counter over the toilet that was placed to low. In order to sit on the toilet you had the seat lid resting on your back. When we asked to be moved to another room we were told they were all sold out. It wasn't until we told them that we were leaving that they found us a new room. The second room actually had two fully working bathrooms, but I wonder why they couldn't have moved us when we first asked.Breakfast was nice and the location was fine. I would not go back there.

GOOD VALUE FOR LOW PRICE

The hotel was inexpensive, but was clean and tidy. They offered 3 free drinks at cocktail hour and popcorn to go with them. They also offered a breakfast with freshly cooked food. I would return there if in the neighborhood.
