Won't go back again

For the money you are paying you certainly do not get the value. The room is average compared to most high end resorts. The grounds and gardens were nice and I believe this is where they use most of their money. The room did not come with a coffee maker and when I called the front desk they advised it would be a $25 fee. Are you kidding me !! You spend $350 per night and the room does not come with a coffee pot. Their are many resorts that are much better than this for the money !!!

Luxery At It Best
By ,
This was my first time staying at the Biltmore because usually when I would visit Phoenix I would stay at my family's ranch. This time though I was in town on business and even though most of my co-workers resided at the hotel where we had our conference at my boss and I stayed here. Let me tell you i was blown away on how big & elegant this place was. First off you got Frank Lloyd Wright architecture everywhere you can possible look. Too many kids in the pool, not a problem because you can go use another one of their many pools. Fantastic views of the mountains. Great divine food in fabulous restaurants. A golf course that was so green & soft that I, a person who hates golf, played a round..okay it was 2. The spa was of course my favorite, anytime I can get pampered I say bring it on. They have great massage therapists and their Desert Stone massage is a must get. Also if you are staying here while on a family vacation no need to worry because the Biltmore has all types of family oriented events. I had no problems with my room and neither did my boss. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Both of our rooms were very nice and clean with picturesque views. As far as cost go things might tend to be on the pricey side but you totally get your money worth. The staff at the hotel was just great & articulate. They make sure THEY go outta THEIR way to make sure YOU are HAPPY! Now I don't know about most people, but where else can you find this sort of royalty treatment. I know nowhere else but here at the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa. If you ever visit Phoenix, AZ please stay here, you will not regret it!!!

Absolutely loved it!
By ,
We really loved staying at the Biltmore. The rooms were updated, spacious and ours had a luxury bath. The grounds were meticulous and the pool with the waterfall was great! We enjoyed the sitting areas around the firepits. No wonder most U.S. Presidents have stayed there! There is a great play area for kids too!

I love the Biltmore
By ,
My family of 4 just got back from the Arizona Biltmore this Labor day. This is our second time and we love this place. It is so peaceful and there are plenty of things for the whole family. The hotel strives to make your stay the very best. You are minutes from the airport and getting there is easy. The hotel is gorgeous with Frank Lloyd Wright architecture everywhere. Great pools, great views of mountains, fantastic restaurants, family events, golf, spa, etc. The beds are to die for. Service, Service, Service. We will be back.

Enjoy-but watch your bill!
By ,
Fantastic place---but I kept finding extra things on my bil-including being billed twice for three things. Otherwise--fantastic restaurant--wonderful, helpful staff! The restaurant staff remembered us and treated us so well we did not consider any other place for dinner. The lobster and appetizers were top-notch. Jenifer Fenton

I like my life!!!!
By ,
I really like this place because it mean to me. I like my life, I wish I could travel over the world, and enjoy everything which I like. This place helped me realize everything, help me to know how to live. So I'll try to live with my hope and my passion. I'll become a good person who is useful for life.I'll start from this place. This is by far one of the most beautiful hotels and resorts I've ever stayed at. The resort comes close to matching the beautiful scenery that encompasses it. Rooms come Garden our Mountain view, and I would recommend the latter. A number of great pools lined with cabanas, well manicured lawns, and nice guest rooms made for an enjoyable stay.

The Biltmore is Slipping
Although the Biltmore is a Phoenix landmark, I feel that they could have done much better during my stay. To begin with, they lost my confirmed reservation and were actually condescending at the front desk about the situation. Although the grounds of the hotel were quite beautiful and well maintained, the hotel itself reminds one of Alcatraz with carpeting. The restaurants were quite good, although somewhat pricey. But then, if you stay there, you'd better expect to shell out. Choose one of the competitive offerings in the area, such as the Phoenician, and you'll be a much happier camper. Biltmore, you're not all you're cracked up to be. Back to the drawing board.
