Find another hotel!

We had a reservation for 2 rooms for 6days. 1 room for 2 nights. Not very handicapped accessable!! No internet connection could be made anywhere except the house computer which is limited to 10 minutes. They said they had wireless conection but when tried 20% signal. Owners appreared to me working on cable connections.
Phones did not work in 2 rooms. Fidge in 2 rooms, broken shower in 1 room. Elavator not working, Equipment in work out room outdated and not always working. Contintal breakfest was poor quality.
The first night we asked to be moved and management stated they were booked solid. Asked again next day told that 2 wings were being remolded couldnt accomadate. Told us they would not refund money or reservations.
Pillows are old and flat. New beds in some rooms. Maids very friendly management didnt care about much except smoking.
The cable went out the 2nd night there and when it came back on only reception for 5 channels and very poor quality picture.
The rooms were appreared clean.
