Avenue Hotel, A Victoran B & B, Manitou Springs

Gwenn & Randy the new owners are warm, friendly gracious and knowledgable hosts. They have transformed the Avenue Hotel into the most delightful B & B with beautiful antique filled rooms. Gwenn does fabulous breakfasts and wonderfully accommodated her vegetarian guests. THIS IS A MUST STAY AT B&B - EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! CAN'T GET ANY BETTER.

The Avenue Hotel B&B is great place to stay. I highly recommend it. I was traveling with my mom and needed accommodations that had 2 rooms. Most of Avenue Hotel B&B rooms are 2 room suites. Perfect for what I needed. Kevin and Nancy were the perfect hosts. Kevin was very accommodating and helpful. He made you feel at home. Breakfast was also very delicious. The last two days we were there, Kevin cooked one of his famous dishes. My mom is still raving about it. I will definitely be returning.

Went to B&B for parents 50th Anniversity. Our entire family had a great time. The hotel is located close to shopping and dining. Kevin and Nancy are the BEST!!!! Breakfast at this B&B was out of this world. (Make sure that you enjoy it on the front porch) We did for 3 mornings. (felt bad for the other people who didn't get to experience it) Rooms were very clean and private, especially on the 3rd floor. In the evenings open the windows and turn on the fans and enjoy the coolness of the mountains. Kevin was very helpful in assisting us to find restaurants and activities. You cannot help but enjoy your stay!!!!

What a wonderful place. Kevin did a great job in all facets. The breakfast of egg's benedict was superb! The room was clean, quiet, and cozy. Would definitely return.
