Poor Management

Someone from top floor poured water down to the lower level, the maid didnt bother to clean it up, I slipped on the water & fell on my knees, they were bruised. After I was done checking out, the maid knew the water spilled was there and even tried to explain to me that the lady poured water down, the spill was not even mopped dry, I had to walk around the spill. They sent me a online survery to see how my stay was, I told them about the incident & and asked it to be foward to mangement. Never ever got a respond back..

Customer service was excellent. Rooms are completely renovated. It is very quite at night. The location is excellent. The sit in the back patio is pleseant with the enjoyment of spa and heated pool.
 
 
 
 
 
Poor service, paper thin walls- Bring ear plugs.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Paper thin walls, bad customer service. Good thing I'm a heavy sleeper. Clean rooms, location worked for my visit, they had a pool and spa, did not go, but could see them from my room and they looked clean.
 
 
 
 
 
What a wonderful overall experience

A very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to see that I was comfortable. The rooms were very nice and new. The location was very quiet and peaceful as well.
