Sea Adventure Resort and Waterpark, Zona Hotelera

We stayed at the blue bay resort and it had its goods and bads. First off the weather was horrible it rained so much that the whole hotel had towels all over the place due to leaks so if its raining Blue Bay is not the place to be. The rooms leaked and the balconys flooded also. Other than that the staff was awsome they played lots of fun silly games. We had lots of fun, liquor was limited but we bought our own and took it to the bar then they still made our drinks how we wanted them. I would not stay there again if its raining and location is very far out in the middle of nothing. I dont regret having an experience there at Blue Bay we still made the best of it while we were there.

Went 6 yrs ago and wife and i loved it.The staff was very friendly. I loved the all inclusive. The staff started games and activities with all the guests that made it VERY fun. It was definetly an ADULTS ONLY atmosphere. Cant wait to go back.

Words cannot begin to describe the time i had in Cancun this summer, not to mention the blue bay club. Whatever negative feedback you have heard it is absoulte rubbish. I couldnt of asked for a better hotel for value for money, the friendliest staff and a great hotel. Firstly the staff, i think the staff who work here alone was worth payin the money i spent here. The entertainment staff were excellent, very enjoyable, in company friendly, excellent with english and great with children. They provided an activity to do throughout the whole of the day right up untill 10. 30pm on the night. Special mentions go to Dario, Victor, and Charlie!!! they were so friendly and added a completely differnt slant on package holidays to evryone who stayed there. The rooms were constantly cleaned to an excellent standard with no fault at all. The food . . . well what can i say, there was something for everyone, there was not a bad word to say and there was always something to eat on the menu. Location . . ok so it may be outside the main strip but so what, i am 20 year old student and it didnt bother me. It is so easy to jump in a taxi and go to the strip, and with four people in the taxi you would pay roughly about £2.50 each one way and considering the distance you travel, its nothing !! overall its the only place that i have actually been to abroad in which i fully intend to go back next year for consecutive years. it made my summer Love it!!!!!!

went to blue bay last year brilliant going again this year nothing to dislike we loved it went with my husband and 9year old son give him the choice this year to go to disney but he chose blue bay

i loved all of the entertainment team they was great(The best ever) there was'nt a thing i didn't like. it was the best holiday yet.

been there twice before and going back sept 07 cant wait. had a brilliant time both times. the hotel is one of the frienliest ive ever stayed in. the rooms are good and clean,the staff are good and very friendly in all the departments. i would recomend this hotel to anyone

The food was varied and very good, dont miss the Oyster Restaurant it made for a very special night out (on the door step!)Dario, Charlie, Martha and the rest of the entertainment and sports staff were very good and kept us thoughly amused and entertained from 10am till bed time. Would love to go back sometime the only thing that puts me off is the long 11 hour plane journey from the UK. Couldnt use the getaway (6 year old daughter)but dont feel we missed much as reports were the atmosphere ther was very uncomfatable. Had a lot of rain but didnt dampen things.

It was a beautiful location, nice beach, the rooms were clean and spacious. It was our Honeymoon and we couldn't have asked for a better place. The food was good and the all inclusive makes things so easy!

We stayed here in May 06. Great location - 20 mins from party central, 10 mins from market. Perfect beach front location and a free bus to the adults only hotel (which is not for the shy, retiring types!!) 10 out of 10 for the price.

My fiance and I will never stay at this resort again. We had no air conditioning in our room, our room rifigerator was broken, we had no hot water, our room was filled with bugs. The bed was big, but really hard. We werent even able to keep our ocean view sliding door open to hear the waves or get air. All the food was gross. The availability of alchol for us was very minimal, only one type of cheap nasty beer. And the drinks that we did get we had to drink out of tiny kids size glasses. The beach was dirty, it even had broken glass in the sand. We were tricked into spending over five ours listening to a sales pitch of something similar to a time share. It was a very disapointing trip, it was my first time to Mexico, and I am scared to go back for fear of waisting our time and money again.
