Will stay again

We stayed at this hotel after spending the day at the zoo, only to get to the hotel to check in and the lobby was full. When we got to the front we found out that the room we had reserved hadn't been cleanned yet, as they had a sold out weekend. We were offered a room on the 2nd floor which we took, and had no probems with that. As busy as it was the staff were great, trying to get everyone checked in in a orderly manner, and treated you like you were the only there, answering all our questions. Breakfast was busy, but staff were doing there best to keep everything supplied. The hotel isn't too far away we found from the waterfront which we got to enjoy the next day. We had a great nights sleep, and hopefully will be back when it's not so busy.

Will Stay Again!

We stayed at this hotel while visiting family. It was in the middle of the two places. We were very happy with the room, as well as the staff. The room had everything you could think of, fridge, microwave, ironing board, and hair dryer. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. Will use this hotel again on our next trip.

Close to Scarborough & downtown

The hotel is within 20 minutes' drive to downtown Toronto and about 15 minutes to Pacific Mall (Chinese Mall) in Scarborough. Place is clean. With the price I got from Priceline, I was satisfied. Just one thing, their breakfast is supposed to start at 6 a.m. but in my staying, the breakfast room was opened at 6, but the food was not ready until like 6:30 to 7 a.m.

Pleasantly Surprised

We stayed at this particular Comfort Inn because of a sports tournament our family was participating in. The front counter staff was extremely nice and more than accomodating. There was a minor glitch due to a price that was quoted to us and wasn't entered into our file but they were more than happy to fix it for us and credit our account. Extra pillows were available, directions given to various places, the breakfast room was absolutely the best we've been to so far, the housekeeping staff were also very accomodating to anything we wanted including letting us get boiling water from elsewhere in the hotel when the breakfast area's pot wasn't yet boiled. All staff were very professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to stay there again and recommend this hotel. Only reason I'm giving it a 4 star is because of the pricing glitch.
