Hotel had changed from Radisson to fourpoints Sheraton 2 weeks before my stay. Restaurant not open normal hours, desk staff untrained, items like TV and one elevator inoperable, billing problems said to be due to new computer system, etc. No bargain at special online Radisson rate of $92US and highway robbery at the $197 US the Sheraton attempted to bill.The only positive was the office manager, Abby Csepe, whom I contacted by telephone and e-mail after arrival home. She reports that she has found all data and corrected my credit card and cleared with Travelocity.Joan and James Levi
