When my boyfriend called to say he's get there a little after 6 p.m. to check in, they said not problem, as long as you have a credit card on file with us we won't give your room away (well you need a credit card to reserve the room so duh!). When he got there, they said they didn't enter his cc num in the computer or something so the computer gave his room away!!!! We booked the room a week earlier and were counting on a place to sleep here!! Luckily, they referred us to Fireside Inn in Cecil, which was cheaper, had a great location and had a pool and spa in the middle, with all the hotel rooms around the pool area. It was pretty neat.
